I have been life long friends with Ryan and annika and class them as family. When I was asked to start this journey by Ryan almost 9 years ago I had no idea of what was to come. The knowledge Ryan has has  without a doubt set the bar in the construction world. The company is moving up fast and have a big reputation for pride in our work. The company have helped me achieve so many qualifications and always thinking of us and how to improve all our situations In work and personal. Ryan and annika have built this from nothing and it’s my privilege to be a part of it. The future of AAA is big and bright and provides us all with endless opportunities.

I have worked for AAA for coming up to 6 years now and can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

It can be a cliche with companies but this one really is like one big family.

Ryan and Annika have always kept me in work with plenty of overtime and it’s helped my wife and I purchase our first home, they also took my young son onboard and he’s enjoying his time with AAA.

I enjoy the many different aspects of work that we undertake here, we are always doing different projects which only helps with gaining valuable experience. Also AAA have added to my training as well as keeping my existing training up to date.

I love the social side of things too, all employees are great friends in and out of work and there’s never a dull moment when we get together on work days out and meals.
